We use nickel free solid gold, sterling silver and quality gold vermeil on selected designs. All our gemstones are natural. Solid gold is a gold alloy throughout; vermeil is a layer of gold over sterling silver. Check each product for its specific metal, karat and stone details.

Yes. For designs with enamel, you can choose from our existing color list. Use the color options shown for the piece, or contact us before ordering if you need help finding the available colors.

The back affects how the stud goes in, how it stays in place and how much is visible inside the nostril or behind the ear. A flat back closes onto the top; U and L shaped posts stay in place by their shape. Our short guide compares insertion, retention and visibility.

Absolutely. Email us a clear photo of your piercing, the product you like and any measurements you already know. Tell us what feels confusing, and we’ll help you compare the options. Photos help with style and context; an exact gauge or post length may need a piercer’s measurement.

Gauge is the thickness of the wire or post that passes through your piercing. The lower the gauge number, the thicker the wire. Compare the product measurement with jewelry that already fits you.

Measure the inside of a hoop that fits comfortably, across the widest point from inside edge to inside edge. Inner diameter is different from the outside diameter. Our guide shows the distinction.

Check the details of the listing you are choosing. Piercing studs may be sold individually, while an earring listing may be for a pair. Ask us if you are unsure before ordering.

Returns are available within 30 days of receiving your jewelry, including sale items. Custom orders are excluded. Please contact us before sending a piece back. If the 30 days have passed, get in touch and we will consider your request individually. If the fit is not right, we can help you compare measurements and find a more suitable option.

Every Studio Meme piece has a one year warranty from the order date, covering manufacturing defects, including failed solder joints and faulty stone settings. Contact us with your order details and a photo of the issue.

Most items are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Occasionally, preparation takes an additional 2 to 3 business days. Shipping time starts after dispatch and varies by destination.
